About Firman Sababalat

My name is Firman Sababalat and I have over 22 years of experience working with PwC (PwC Indonesia in Jakarta, PwC Canada in Toronto and PwC Australia in Melbourne) assisting companies predominantly in the energy, utility, mining and resource industries as well as companies in the construction, service and manufacturing fields. I have extensive experience in financial audits, performance audits - including ICoFR related assignments and corporate action assignment for IPO, local and global fund raising and M&A. My client portfolio is ranging from local to multinational companies such as SoEs and global based public companies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Andalas University. I am an Indonesian CPA holder and a Fellow Member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant. I am a Licensed Public Accountant issued by Indonesian Ministry of Finance as well as a License issued by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority to audit a publicly listed company.
