About Firoj Khan

As an QHSE Manager, my role is to ensure that environmental, health and safety guidelines are followed in the workplace and that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, developing and maintaining EHS programs, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring that hazardous materials are properly stored, used, and disposed of. I am also responsible for conducting safety audits, preparing safety reports, and responding to safety-related incidents. My role is to ensure the safety and well-being of personnel and environmental compliance within the organization. Additionally, I will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective ESG strategies and practices to ensure the sustainability of the organization. I will also provide guidance and advice to management on various ESG-related topics such efficient energy initiatives including energy audits, investing in renewable energy sources, and reducing waste and water consumptions. Furthermore support in development of ESG policy including clear reporting standards and targets. This includes transparence and disclosure of ESG data, including setting up public reporting system and encouraging stakeholder engagement.
