Diagnose/Virus & Disaster Recovery Practical experience troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Identify defective hardware and replace. Update and apply drivers to correct software or hardware issues. Use remote desktop software to troubleshoot computer issues. Able to scan, detect and delete embedded viruses and spyware. Use appropriate software tools to recover files from corrupted hard drives. Schedule and maintain backup for disaster recovery.
