About Flavia Arato
When I was 25, I headed to the top of the world. Not metaphorically, I literally packed everything and moved to an orphanage for abandoned children in Nepal. I’m that kind of person. My motivation is derived from the cause I am working for. If my time is spent on a good cause, my energy becomes limitless. During the last ten years I have lived and worked in seven different countries on three different continents, speaking five different languages. Everywhere I have been, I aimed to inspire and be inspired, to share ideas or experiences, and always leave behind a concrete positive difference. Colleagues say that I’m a “people person”, well-versed in programme planning and development as well as negotiations and relationship management.
