I am offering full cycle Human Resources support and ensuring that all human resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. I am a Sr. Business Partner, with extensive experience in managing internal clients from IT, Support, branch, financial markets areas, with knowledge of Romanian law legislation and an international certification (CIPD). I can act also as a Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in executive search & in-house recruitment across a wide variety of roles and levels of seniority, with focus on IT. When you want your business to grow, you must find and train the best people and that always starts with recruitment. Apart from work, I am passionate about science, particularly medical science and generally curious about new strategies, developments and trends in multiple areas. I am aiming for international role in HR, either counseling or recruitment, with possibility to grow and learn constantly from the best!
