After 25+ years in communication, with a strong passion for change management and transformation, I decided to shake things up and dive into a brand-new adventure: Human Resources! And guess what? I’m absolutely loving it! This new challenge has not only been incredibly exciting but also reignited my passion for learning and growth. I’m thrilled to be in a Human Resources role where I can leverage my expertise to drive organizational development, cultural change, and employee engagement. From mastering new IT systems to exploring the ins and outs of HR processes, every day brings fresh opportunities to grow—and for someone like me who thrives on continuous development, it’s exactly the kind of excitement I was looking for. A bit about me: I’m a seasoned professional in corporate communication and public affairs, with extensive experience in transformation communication, change management, sustainability, employee engagement, and employer branding. I bring an international perspective, having worked in France and Sweden, managing a global team in a truly global company. I’m a people person through and through. I genuinely enjoy connecting with others, and I’m always (well, almost always!) positive. I firmly believe that every problem has a solution—and that solution often starts with listening and understanding people’s needs. By listening to and valuing each viewpoint, we can find the right solutions that benefit both the individual and the organization. And when this is done as a team, the impact is even bigger!
