About Flavien Kouatcha Simo

I’m an African entrepreneur and ecosystem builder committed to transforming agriculture through technology, circular economy, and women-led value chains.Today, I lead Agrifrika, a fast-growing digital platform that connects African farmers to inputs, markets, logistics, and finance - all in one place. Our mission: unlock productivity, resilience, and inclusive growth across local agri-food ecosystems. Before Agrifrika, I founded and led two ventures that laid the groundwork for this mission- Save Our Agriculture (2016–2023), where I designed patented aquaponics systems now used in Cameroon, Senegal, and Rwanda- Africaine Avicole (2020–2023), a poultry processing brand that created 75+ jobs, with over 80% women-led distribution. I now serve as Chairman of the Board of Advisors at Africaine Avicole, helping guide its long-term impact and governance.Across all ventures, our work has directly reached over people, and indirectly impacted 1 million+ lives across 4 countries. We’ve generated $750K+ in 2024 revenue, which helped position our team at the forefront of emerging climate-smart and data-driven agri models in Africa.Throughout my journey, I’ve partnered with cooperatives, governments, and global NGOs to design food systems that are resilient, digital, and rooted in local realities.I’m currently seeking scale-up capital, strategic partnerships, and global visibility to expand Agrifrika’s impact across the continent.Let’s build the future of food together.
