After obtaining a high school diploma and various researches, it is quite naturally that I turned to management in my studies. but also in my experiences. Fascinated by entrepreneurship, I quickly participated in the creation of associations and held key mandates such as president and treasurer. Also, the national status of student-entrepreneur (NSSE) allowed me, as a project leader, to be accompanied for a year and to broaden my skills, particularly in the areas of marketing, communication, project management and financing of innovation. First in the IT retail sector, then in the IT services and consulting sector, I worked as an accounting assistant and a management controller assistant in fast-growing companies. My initial training in accounting and financial management provided me with the necessary knowledge to understand, calculate and interpret financial statements, financial ratios and key performance indicators. My experiences have allowed me to specialize in the implementation of management control: budgeting, cash management, implementation of management dashboards, process optimization and management information systems. In close collaboration with the different departments, my role is to improve decision making.
