About Flavio Braidotti

Mr. Flavio Braidotti holds a degree in Economics and an MSc with the University of London coupled with a wealth of 20 years of experience in operations and project management, project planning and financial control/budgeting in both the private and humanitarian/NGO (Non Governmental Organization) sectors in East Africa. He has a high level of conceptual, strategic thinking and analytical skills with focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture. He is well-organized, excellent in coordinating & following through on tasks. He has both field and office experience and familiar with dealing with Government Institution and Donors. He has a length of experience in business processes and overall management of businesses practices (including financial and administrative matters) thanks to his diverse and multiple work exposure. This includes also experience in remote management thanks to his work done in Somalia from the Nairobi-based offices. He is also familiar with identifying KPIs in order to measure business/project performance and organise data collection and analysis to monitor progress of results. He is experienced in the Logical Framework and building M&E Frameworks (including survey design, data collection, and basic analysis of qualitative and quantitative data). He also skilled in the preparation and development of adult learning teaching material and technical modules. He is hardworking, result-oriented, capable to work under pressure and a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. Mr. Braidotti speaks fluently English, Italian, Spanish and basic of Kiswahili and French.
