About Flavius Cioflec

With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sector, I have increased my expertise from technical individual contributions to comprehensive project coordination and technical leadership roles. My career began as an Intern, with a focus on evolving technical aspects and has evolved into managing and coordinating complex projects, estimating costs, and leading technical teams through all projects phases. As a Design Engineer specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM), I use multiple softwares, tools and documentations to create detailed and accurate models that enhance project efficiency and collaboration. My proficiency in project coordination ensures integration of MEP systems, while my estimation skills contribute to effective budgeting and resource management as part of my Product/Project Owner position. As a hobby, I prefer to fly my FPV drone. I hold an A1/A3 UAS pilot license enabling me to operate unmanned aerial systems for various applications such as aerial photography, mapping and data collection. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to lead and mentor other people by my own example, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success. My passion for innovation and continuous improvement keeps me up to date in industry advancements, allowing me to deliver high-quality results consistently.
