Hi, I’m Fleming (he/him), an Account Manager at TRAFFIC Productions passionate about innovation, collaborative strategy, and finding smart solutions to complex challenges. At TRAFFIC I manage large-scale campaigns for some of Germany’s most well-known brands, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and teams, and high-quality execution across physical and digital productions, from start to finish. With a Master’s degree in International Business and international experience from both studies and work, I bring a global mindset, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility to every project I’m part of. I’m driven by the challenge of turning complexity into clarity and making collaboration feel seamless and human, while always keeping the bigger picture in mind. A topic I care deeply about is how we can build inclusive work environments where everyone feels heard, supported, and valued – regardless of gender, background, disability, or sexual orientation.
