My managerial experience goes back to 1985. I am outgoing and good at motivating my employees, and I have a good overview. I have a great understanding of systems and am good at seeing connections between organisation, workflows, EDB systems etc. I also have a great technical understanding in relation to technology and equipment. Over the years, I have worked with optimization of production in many areas. Optimization of machine production, introduction of completely new production methods, better processing methods, new machine types, fixtures, etc. In several companies, I have been one of the driving forces in the implementation of new ERP systems Optimization of order flow and planning Introduction of the production groups such as working with Lean principles, single piece production, fixed rate, Kaizen, kanban etc. Quality assurance of machine deliveries, DS/EN ISO 9001. Over the years, I have worked to reduce the cost prices of machine manufacturing, including design optimisations, as well as, of course, efficiency in production. Outsourcing, I have for a period worked with moving production from Denmark to Eastern Europe.
