Have been working as Administration and Finance Manager in Sweden dealing with change management, closing branch offices & local warehouse, as well as Union negotiations and depute board member. Handling Sales of premises and implementation of SAP in both Sales and Finance in Sweden and afterwards as Lead Project Manager in Finland. Afterwards as member of the Management team within Global Financial Services, secured transformation of Finance processes for the whole EMEA operation to be delivered from an outsourced shared service center. Finalizing the transitioning of the finance processes, I continued as Key Account Manager related to the BPO provider, and in parallel focused on our Global Quote to Cash processes - advising upon improvement of processes in general - DSO and Overdue reduction in particularly for upper management. Currently as Global Process Owner within Accounts Receivable, heading the establishing of centralized Credit Management functions supporting the Sales function globally and securing the change management of shifting roles & responsibilities. Great at inspiring people (thereby make turnaround's), as well as explorer and suggest new ways where no obviously path is found (covering Change Management and Concept Development).
