About Fletcher Eshbaugh

As a designer, my work has spanned the spectrum of design—product design, fashion design, soft goods, hard goods, graphics, as well as branding & identity; all ranging from luxury to mass market products. In addition, I have managed many products from concept to production understanding the challenges of getting a product to market whatever that may be. One of the several career highlights occurred while holding the position Senior Designer at Coach for the Men’s division. In this role, I had a prominent role in the growth of the business from $200M when I started to over $700M in sales by the time I left. As well, from 2012-2015 I was responsible for the best selling and largest Men’s collection representing 42% of the business. Colleagues know me as a talented and creative designer who can devise and implement an overall vision, as well as be able to think unconventionally to achieve excellence without sacrificing the client's or consumer's needs. Currently I am taking on new clients and contract work both individually and through my design studio, 1TH. Recently through work for the brand I have received a 2020 Golden A’Design Award, and have been recognized as a NYC X DESIGN Award Honoree for work on "Codependent", a interlocking table that melds design and psychology into a new category termed "AnimaForma".
