I am an experienced CEO, Founder, entrepreneur, Board Chair and speaker with 20 years experience running businesses & working at C -suite level. I have the rare experience of creating startups from inception to sale, running independent companies, working for a multinational and global board experience.After 23 years owning, scaling and exiting 4 of my own businesses, today I am the CEO and founder of The Ginsburg Firm - a consultancy dedicated to the advancement of Business Women. We support Business Women to SCALE their business or prepare for a SALE through coaching programs, business advisory and exclusive events. I was named The Women in Business Champion for the city of Brisbane in 2025. I am also the Chairwoman for 4Voices, a NFP that supports women and girls facing Domestic Violence, homelessness and isolation. Prior to this I was the CEO and cofounder Freelancing Gems - an Australian jobs platform that supports women and marginalized genders to find part time, freelance, consulting, flexible, remote roles. We provide a space for Employers to find “rare gems” of talent in one place via our AI matching model. We also provide critical business tools & templates, elearning, networking and guidance on pay rates to ensure they are being paid fairly and competitively. We are passionate about closing the gender pay gap and work tirelessly to support the UN's Sustainability Goal to achieve gender equality by empowering women and girls at work. Through our sister company Gem Recruitment we place women and diverse talent in fulltime roles. As well we provide DE & I benchmarking for organizations and workshops and training for leaders. I was previously the Founder and CEO The Red Republic for 16 years. I founded the agency in 2003 and it was acquired by McCann Worldgroup 14 years later. The Red Republic was one of Australia's leading consumer PR agencies and under my leadership we had offices in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Los Angeles. I also founded, grew and sold an online beauty company, Lulu and Lipstick, I developed the business and created our own range of products which were best sellers, as well as imported unique and hard to find brands from around the world. A highlight from this business were our makeup brushes featuring in the 2016 Oscars gift bags. I sold the business to RY. I am a driven, bold, professional, emotionally intelligent, dynamic, values based leader. I pride myself on exceeding expectations, building amazing cultures and relationships, building engaged brands, driving sales and hitting targets.
