Running a business today isn’t just about profit — at least not if you ask me (a textbook millennial ). It’s about challenging the status quo. About building solutions that serve the greater good. And about using the power of technology to tackle the world’s most pressing problems. I believe tech has the potential to make our world not just smarter, but fairer, and that’s the mission I pursue every day. Together with my twin sister Charlotte, I co-founded Equalture, a fast-growing Recruitment Tech Scale-up based in the Netherlands. Our platform empowers companies to hire based on potential, not prejudice — by using neuroscience-backed games to objectively measure the skills and behaviours of both candidates and teams. With experience leading two HR-focused companies, I’m on a mission to disrupt traditional hiring, replacing gut feeling with data, and bias with fairness. Every human being deserves an equal opportunity to thrive.
