I am a hospitality driven person with an interest in working with numbers and data, in combination with people-oriented service with international experience. My strength is to connect the human side of business with finance related topics. I like to work in an organization with projects that require accuracy, persistence, analytical thinking, a customer-driven mindset, and continuous improvement. I am at my best in a dynamic and challenging work atmosphere where creativity and freedom are supported. Being an eager, emphatical and proactive person with good analytical skills generates a desire to further develop myself in the field of healthcare and finance. Working on projects where I can use flexibility to operate in a fast changing and professional environment, that is where I see my added value for companies. Using my background in the hospitality for the benefit of the healthcare industry can be of great value, as I believe there are many similarities between the hospitality- and healthcare industry. After all, both sectors are focused on taking care of guests or patients. To me, enhancing hospitality and service by improving various organizational processes are a great challenge in healthcare. Within this my affinity for healthcare comes together with my passion for hospitality. I like to use my organizational skills, already acquired business knowledge (about real estate, finance, facility management) and management experience for better care and a better experience of care.
