About Flora Haderer
Flora has over 10 years experience in working with participatory approaches in global and public health: from coordinating a multi-stakeholder process on Health in All Policies for the Austrian MoH; community engagement in a rural primary health care center in South Sudan; to investigating how participatory practice can improve hygiene in Nigerian hospitals; and creating trainings to support global health practitioners in building trustful partnerships and equitable collaborations. Trained as medical doctor and international health scientist, she is a social justice activist at heart. Using participatory research and engagement methods (Art of Hosting) she designs and facilitates processes that enable practitioners to address complex challenges and co-create innovations.
