With over 15 years of experience driving and implementing people strategies across Europe and Brazil, I excel at collaborating across functions, advising stakeholders, and translating HR strategy into measurable outcomes, while remaining hands-on in implementation when needed. I bring value through a structured approach, a focus on continuous improvement, and adaptability to diverse cultural and organisational contexts. My current focus involves post-merger integration, workforce planning, and change management, aligning people, processes, and culture during periods of organisational transformation. My key achievements include harmonising compensation structures, standardising policies across borders, and scaling HR operations in complex, multicultural environments. I facilitated the merger of newly acquired entities, enhanced cross-country alignment, and delivered data-driven insights to support evidence based strategic decisions, all while ensuring the seamless unification of corporate cultures. Earlier in my career, I executed restructuring initiatives that optimised headcount by reducing both internal staff and third-party contractors, supporting large scale industrial teams of over 1,500 employees. In a greenfield project I played a key role in establishing foundations for HR processes and ensuring compliance with labour regulations in fast-paced, operational environments, by developing clear policies and training programmes to educate managers and employees on best practices resulting in improved awareness and consistent application across teams. Fostering a strong company culture, where people feel engaged and aligned with organisational values, is always at the heart of my work.
