About Flora Pidoux

I am deeply passionate about international affairs and global justice, with a particular focus on human rights, women’s rights/health, sustainability, and decolonisation. My curiosity drives me to explore these issues both intellectually and practically, allowing me to contribute to positive change through rigorous research, effective knowledge-sharing, and meticulous project coordination. With a solid background in policy analysis, project and program management and a rich academic foundation, I bring a well-rounded and strategic perspective to every project I undertake. My diverse experience across sectors (academia, research centers, NGOs, think-tank, public affairs consultancy), and countries (France, Denmark, Belgium, Québec) has honed my adaptability and openess to diverse perspectives. At RPP, I have excelled in coordinating complex projects and leading teams. My ever-growing knowledge of key healthcare legislation and EU processes has enabled me to develop and implement impactful advocacy strategies, guiding clients through the evolving European policy landscape. I have also spearheaded initiatives to enhance our understanding of sustainability, integrating these insights into our work to maximize impact. Driven by a commitment to prioritize women’s health at the EU level, I have been developing internal knowledge on women’s health, hoping to delve more into topic that lacks political attention. My work is fuelled by a strong belief in the power of advocacy to drive systemic change and create a more just and sustainable world.
