I am an empathetic, pragmatic and value-driven change practitioner who have led and supported Digital, Strategic, Structural, Regulatory, and Cultural change initiatives of varying scale and complexity, delivered in Waterfall, Agile, and/or Iterative delivery methodologies. A certified Change Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner, I am proficient and adaptable in deploying fit-for-purpose change management approach to support leaders in embedding change.
