About Flore Jonckheere

After three years of Bachelor's studies at IESEG School of Management, I decided to specialize in financial auditing by enrolling in the Master's program in Audit, Management Control and Corporate Finance. The profile looked for in auditing seemed to fit me perfectly: an affinity for numbers, organizational skills, rigor, oral fluency and customer contact. Doing this Master's degree in apprenticeship proved to be the obvious choice, as I felt it was the best way to learn the profession. In addition, it enabled me to obtain my degree Programme Grande Ecole with a definite professional background. I am currently doing an apprenticeship at Mazars for a periof of two years (until August 2024). I have the opportunity to work for a diverse clientele in both the industry and service sectors. Mazars also offers me a authentic human experience that allows me to fully develop. My experience as a financial auditor at Mazars has taught me that interpersonal skills are an essential prerequisite for this profession. This is also why I chose to devote my Master thesis to team dynamics in auditing.
