About Flore Magnard

As an engineer (Mines Saint-Etienne), with a MSc degree in ECE (Georgia Institute of Technology), Flore developed over the past 8 years working at Quinten as a manager data scientist, her ability to lead end-to-end high impact projects on multiple therapeutic areas. Flore has supervised numerous real-world studies using classical and advanced statistical and pharmaco-epidemiological methods for comparative effectiveness, risk analysis and treatment patterns analyses, compliant with ENcepp standards. She also managed the cross-collaboration of the core team to ensure high quality delivery and compliance with standard process. Her expertise in real-world data positions her as a primary point of contact for new projects and challenges related to real-world data analysis.​ Flore is now in charge of two teams: biostatistic team and biomedical team gathering up to 10 consultants. She accompanies them in their growth, skill development, performance evaluation, and retention, ensuring they are well-equipped to execute projects at the intersection of data science, biostatistics, and biomedical research, delivering innovative solutions for the healthcare sector. Flore also oversees data partnerships within Quinten Health.
