About Flore Mountsambote

I work at San Francisco MTA with the travel choices. I’ve known that I have wanted work in public transportation since high school, and so I’ve committed myself to this work. I am deeply invested in creating positive changes for my community through deliberate and intentional planning. I am especially passionate about advocating for community members that are low-income, minorities, and people with disabilities. I believe it is important for me to fight for a seat at the table to bring the perspective of the people that are affected most by planning policies. I’ve gained invaluable knowledge and experience from my work experience and planning from Cal and currently earning my M.S. in Transportation Management so that I can apply what I’ve learned to improve the lives of everyone in my community.
