I can claim international experience in International Transport/ Logistics and B2B sales and commercial management gained in various industries including Aerospace, Defence and Nuclear. A busy and varied workload is a common feature of the jobs that I have enjoyed the most throughout my career, all which have had an international dimension, at times calling for my language abilities. A fast learner with excellent communication and leadership skills, I am used to hit the ground running to make a difference in winning and retaining contracts and managing change. An experienced negotiator I have dealt with all sizes of contracts and disputes in relation to OEM and Services supply. I have also participated to M&A due diligence as lead for contract and commercial management assessment. I have lead change management initiatives in the commercial function and have shaped processes and training packages.
