About Florence Dufour

Graduate with a business degree, I built my professional path amongst 4 compagnies within the energy sector including working with the French regulator. Since the beginning of my career, my focus has been following a strategic and customer centric vision to produce business growth. Currently as Head of Energy Performance Services Business Platform, I lead a team in charge of fostering the organic growth of the operational entities by providing strategic marketing insights, knowledge management and by supporting a sales and BD community. I am also a board member of Energy Global Mangement, an ENGIE subsidary. I have deep experience of the energy market and have actively contributed to the opening of the global gas and electricity markets. Being aware of the market environment allows me to develop a strategic vision in order to grow organicly the business and to secure revenues. I have been leading teams in complex change management and transformation projects, especially in sensitive situation. Since I built a strong network with all the stakeholders in the energy sector. I joined the ENGIE Group in 2011 and I am proud to contribute to its purpose which is to act to accelerate the transition towards a zero carbon economy, by offering our customers more energy-efficient solutions or greener solutions. By empowering the team to reach the goals, I commit to high standard of results.
