Over the 15 last years, she held collected experience in prestigious companies such as Beiersdorf, Rhodia Solvay and Berg + Schmidt. As an R&D Manager, she oversaw the development of new raw materials and guided their application in the industry. Later one her role as Division Manager at Berg + Schmidt allowed her to strengthen her skills in business management, strategy, and portfolio development. Currently, as a Business Development Manager Cosmetics at Connect Chemicals Group, she has the exciting opportunity to work and lead on a strategy to homogenize approach and mutualize success for cosmetic market within the different Connect Chemicals offices. Throughout her career, she has achieved significant milestones, including opening of cosmetic application laboratory, publishing scientific articles in recognized press and receiving multiple innovation awards. Her dedication to the cosmetics industry, creativity, and commitment to innovation have always been at the core of her professional journey. Determination that is also recognizable in her private life. With 3 adorable kids (9, 6 and 3 years old), Florence is overflowing with energy to invent a wide range of activities with them, from cooking/baking to crafting and even gardening. One thing's for sure: she never gets bored.
