I’m an engineering leader and robotics developer with a passion for building autonomous systems that work in the real world. Currently, I manage the Planning and Controls Team at Avidbots, where we develop the navigation and autonomy stack for a global fleet of floor-cleaning robots. My work spans hands-on development (ROS, C++, Python), cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership — helping turn complex robotic behaviours into robust, production-ready features. With a background in reinforcement learning research and published work in motion planning, I bring a deep understanding of both algorithm development and practical system integration. I enjoy working at the intersection of research, engineering, and product impact — whether it's optimizing path planning, improving robot safety, or scaling systems across large fleets.
