Example of recent assignments- For a BtoB services company (600 employees, €50 M sales) faced with a market downturn: Review of all planning and flexibility tools to adjust supply and demand, and secure €4 million in EBITDA gains. Duration: 6 weeks Deliverable: action plan and project team trained and committed to achieving gains- For a structurally loss-making industrial group employees, €250 M sales)(With Albus Partners): Development and implementation of a €12 million cost reduction plan. Duration: 9 months Phase 1: 360° assessment. Identification of a 16 M€ cost reduction potential. Proposal for debt renegotiation via an Ad Hoc mandate. Phase 2: Alignment of executive committee and implementation of plan management tools. Phase 3: With a team of 7 consultants, redesign of P2P, O2C and financial reporting processes. Support function headcount reduced by 30%, with equivalent performance- Belgian parapharmacy group (500 employees, €200m sales)(With Albus Partners): Duration: 6 months Emergency accounting, restructuring of the finance department, implementation of margin-based management and category management. Gain: €7 M operating margin. How? After a thorough understanding of the company's challenges, I intervene alone or in a team to solve a complex operational problem and rapidly deliver value. To achieve this, I leverage the company's culture and strengths on the one hand, and the most advanced analytical tools on the other. I intervene in Europe and North Africa. With a few exceptions, I don't work on stakes of less than 2 M€.
