About Florian Aigner

Florian is a passionate Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information services industry. He lives the agile values and is skilled in Agile Software Development, Product Management and Creative Thinking. He has strong problem solving skills with a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and a technical degree in IT. Envisioning new pathways and driving product innovation for software products is the place to be for him. After finishing technical college with a degree in information technology Florian went to work with a software company in the field of logistics. His responsibilitiy there was to customize software solutions together with customers on-site. After almost four years of customization and custom programming he took the chance and went to university to start a second technical profession, namely Engineering Physics. His drive behind this decision was curiosity, finding out the real things behind things and first principles thinking. Finishing his studies in 2016, after digging through coursework in thermodynamics, mechanics, electrodynamics, computational phyiscs and a lot of other stuff, he hired at a startup with the big data mission in mind. His position there was described as developer/analyst but apart from developing scalable solutions in the cloud he was involved in product design and delivering the right things to the customers from the beginning. This brought him quiet quickly into the role of the product owner where he learned about agile methodologies, creating the right features at the right time and how to truly motivate a team. Since September 2019 he is now on a new mission for delivering the best API User Experience in Application Performance Monitoring(APM).
