Deep down, though, I’m still a tech nerd at heart… Over the past years, I successfully built the Insurtech "Thinksurance" to redefine the insurance industry with a value-adding, data-driven approach. After nearly 10 years of building Thinksurance and transitioning from my CEO role, I partnered with one of the world’s largest financial investors to found Ascendia Gruppe – an association of leading insurance brokers and financial advisors who join forces to reshape the industry for the benefit of their clients. Our focus is on private clients and small businesses, providing them with tailored expertise and solutions. My primary focus within Ascendia is company building, M&A, and strategic acquisitions. As I find inspiration in smart, positive, and ambitious people, I also share my experience and network as a business angel, supporting promising founders on their entrepreneurial journeys.
