About Florian Bernard

As the Head of RF and Payload Ground Segment Systems and Service Transition at Eutelsat, I manage the planning, budget, development, implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the RF installations and payload measurement and monitoring systems owned and operated by Eutelsat. I have over 15 years of experience in operational environments and 10 years in management, leading a team of 20 full-time people across three teleports and overseeing a portfolio of 350 antennas, 30 traffic rooms, and around 4500 RF components worldwide. My core competencies include telecommunications, satellite communications, Operations management and Process management. I am passionate about growing my team members, delivering high-quality work, and supporting customers with innovative solutions. I am proud to work with experts and to have enabled five people to assume new responsibilities as managers in Eutelsat. My mission is to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the RF and payload systems and to facilitate the service transition and integration of new technologies and services.
