About Florian Chebre

As an internal auditor with 6+ years of experience in the field of IT, I help my company to strenghen its internal controls, optimize its business processes and protect its data by (i) evaluating the design of implemented controls and their operational effectiveness;(ii) determining the exposure to risk; and developing risk remediation strategies. My passion for Big Data Analysis help my day-to-day work activities. Indeed, when possible, I try to gather all relevant information from various sources and interpret patterns/trends that guide my audit fieldwork towards valuable findings worth to be fixed. Playing a role which helps organizations to get better and safer everyday is something that make my job very motivating and exciting. Nowadays, the global financial services industry faces very specific challenges in a business climate that is characterized by changing regulations, economic uncertainties, growing cybercrime threats, evolving customer behavior and disruptive technologies and business models, leading to multiple digital transformations. I am proud to help the stakeholders involved in those transformations to succeed and I know that there's in this job yet more to learn, yet more problems to solve, and yet more to build. Outisde work, I play the violin, play sports, and enjoy travelling around the world. I recently started to maintain a worldmap of visited countries (France, French Polynesia, Morrocco, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, UK, Senegal, Roumania, USA, Russia, Brazil, Belgium, the Nerderlands, Poland, Germany) and I am still thinking which country will be my next target.
