As the Chief Product Officer at MyWage, I lead teams focused on enhancing the financial well-being of wage earners by introducing agile processes and transforming our business model from a pipeline to a platform. With over 14 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, and product management, I have a strong background in building IT departments from the ground up and driving innovation in both re-commerce and FinTech sectors. At Momox, I built the IT department from scratch and developed a custom multi-storage management system. This enabled the company to expand to multiple warehouses and significantly improve inventory management and operational efficiency. At Storecast’s Berlin branch, I oversaw product development for B2B and B2C point-of-sale solutions, building multiple Scrum teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. I am passionate about working with cutting-edge technologies and AI to drive innovation and solve complex problems. In 2023, I completed an Executive MBA, further enhancing my leadership and strategic skills.
