As a Systemic Coach with a rich background in working with various teams and individuals, my mission is to help my coachees discover and nurture this talent, guiding them towards realizing their potential and reaching their goals. I am passionate about supporting coachees in understanding and accepting their present state, while simultaneously casting an anchor towards the future. By accompany my coachee in breaking down the journey in manageable steps, I assist them in gradually moving towards their envisioned future. This involves creating a supportive environment that fosters self-awareness, acceptance, and growth. My belief in the concepts of the learning organization, Improvement Kata, and systemic thinking is fundamental to my coaching approach. I am convinced that these principles foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, enabling organizations and individuals to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
