About Florian Jacta

I am passionate about Data Science and AI, and over the past three years, I have developed expertise ranging from application design (both POCs and production) to the implementation of Machine Learning and Operations Research models. At Taipy, I led projects across various sectors (Retail, Construction, Finance, Semiconductors), focusing on- Data Science & AI: Creation of machine learning models (Time Series Forecasting, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) and optimization solutions (Scheduling, Supply Chain)- Application Design (POC & Production): Development of end-to-end solutions (Python, Taipy, Azure) that combine data visualization, interactive dashboards, and ML/OR integration- Support & Pre-Sales: Providing technical assistance, gathering requirements from clients and the community, writing documentation, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting to investors- R&D & Product Roadmap: Close collaboration with R&D teams to enhance Taipy’s features, revamp the documentation, and propose improvements based on user feedback. Thanks to my background in Applied Mathematics (INSA Rennes) and my Erasmus program in Hungary (BME), I have acquired solid theoretical and practical foundations in Statistics, Machine Learning, and Operations Research.
