About Florian Kayaert

I've always had a natural drive to organise and optimise. Having a team to work with, I try to stimulate colleagues to perform at their best, mostly by being enthusiastic and driven myself. As Project Engineer, my main objective is to fully develop the PM/CAL Analist Team at Pfizer Puurs to an experienced, self-managing maintenance team. Along the way, I took on additional tasks that allowed me to expand and strengthen a variety of skills- Project Management - Maintenance contracting - Deviation investigating - June 2023 marked another chapter of my growth. By accumulating various skills and expertise, it was time to step up from my role as Coordinator and work at developing our PM/CAL analist team from a different angle as Project Engineer- As of march 2021 I will be starting a new chapter of my career as Coordinator of the Equipment Analist Team at Pfizer Puurs- August 2018 - February 2021: Start of my professional career as a Laboratory Analist at Pfizer Puurs, where I focus on bio-analytical tests such as ELISA and SDS. Techniques used in daily routine: ELISA SDS-PAGE Slot Blot Modified Lowry HPLC - February - June 2018: Internship at Pfizer Puurs during which I worked on a robustness project concerning different ELISA methods.
