About Florian Mittelette

As an Aeronautical Engineer, I am currently looking for a position in vehicle dynamics or aerodynamics for motorsport applications. After graduating from high school with highest honors, I went to Lycée Henri IV for two years during which I mostly studied Mathematics and Physics to prepare for the entrance contests of the French engineering schools. I chose to study at Ecole Centrale Paris, where I acquired skills in a wide range of scientific fields. During the two years I spent there, I was involved in the rebirth of the Formula Student team of the school as Team Leader Mechanics, which was concluded by a 18th place overall in Formula Student UK, and highlighted by a 9th place in design. Thrilled by this experience, I chose to pursue a M.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering in RWTH Aachen, as a double degree, to study Aerodynamics, CFD, Fluid Mechanics, Flow Measurement, and Structure Mechanics. I then had the opportunity to take part in the development of models at PSA Motorsport for the WEC program of Peugeot, which enabled me to develop skills in vehicle dynamics and in multibody systems dynamics. I enjoy working on challenging problems that drive me to enhance my scientific skills further.
