About Florian Richter

It is said, that we - being from northern Germany - go down to the cellar to laugh. But what if there is no cellar? Don't we laugh then? Sorry if I start with such a stereotype, but it is so wonderfully striking. My passion is not only about my family, but also about my job. Decide - move - be allowed to lead! That describes the core of my daily routine pretty well. Routine is a nice catchphrase: in the end, it is crucial to always take on new perspectives. Building on my master's degree in business informatics (M.Sc. IMIT), I quickly ended up in sales. That's where I am at home, that's where I feel good as Head of Private Sector CE. Together with our great team, I support industrial customers in the field of IT services / infrastructure with clear advice and action. The technical basis helps me all too often to look at our business from a different perspective than the pure sales perspective. Let me say a few more words about my slogan "being allowed to lead is a privilege!". In my opinion, leadership should above all be based upon trust. If you are given this trust, given the opportunity to lead change, then for me this is the epitome of a privilege. What do I actually think of stereotypes?
