About Florian Schnitzer
Currently I am working for a PhD degree in the area of computational genomics 🧬at the Medical University of Innsbruck. During my studies I took special interest in computational biology and data analysis‍. Thus, I decided to do my Bachelor thesis in this area, and I am very glad that I was additionally offered the possibility to write a paper based on the main results of the statistical investigation I performed. Moreover, I hold the opinion that my involvement into the subjects of biotechnology, and genetics🧬 was above-average as well. For me it would be most rewarding to contribute to data-driven decisions and to be part of an engaged team, which tries to answer important questions and to solve relevant problems in the domain of life science with the huge toolbox of data science.
