Currently I work as global project manager for BOXBAY. I am mainly responsible for all BOXBAY projects worldwide. Besides project coordination, one of the biggest challenges is to analyze the current terminal operation and find the best solution for the implementation of a BOXBAY system. Finally, the total system price must be calculated on the basis of a CAPEX and OPEX analysis. In addition, it is necessary to create a technical specification of the negotiated system functions. All these tasks require interdisciplinary work and excellent coordination with the respective specialists. BOXBAY consists of an international team, which means that there is always a need for communication and coordination activities. Due to the innovative BOXBAY product, a further challenge in day-to-day business is to continuously optimize the product.
