I am a L&D Architect, Certified Trainer, ICF (ACC) Certified Coach, and Clinical Psychologist, with over 20 years of diverse professional experience. My career, spanning finance, strategy, and consulting at multinational companies (RBS Bank, KPMG, Orange Money) and entrepreneurial ventures, provides a multidisciplinary approach to developing people and optimizing performance. Thus, my current professional activities encompass: & : I lead the end-to-end management of training programs and team, including team coordination, program management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, & : I design and facilitate workshops and learning experiences based on clients and participants’ needs, such as Leadership programs, Healthy Communication and Relationships, Building Emotional Resilience and Stress Management, Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations, Setting Healthy Boundaries, and Time & Energy Management. & : I provide support to my clients by creating a trusting and collaborative partnership, helping them discover their own path, whether they want to start a business, change careers, or improve their work-life balance: As a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I provide a confidential and supportive space for those facing various challenges in their lives (stress, anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, depression).
