About Floris Kemper

I am best described as an energetic and entrepeneurial hospitality professional with a background in food & beverage and the luxury segment. Next to my experience in leadership roles for hotel operations, I have been in the lead of several projects and refurbishments of hotels and concepts. In my work I prefer a strategic and analytic approach while bringing not only a strong operational but also theoretical background. I like to set and achieve goals and take on responsibility with solid decision making and problem solving skills. Moreover, I am skilled at building relationships and coaching individuals to achieve common goals across teams. I like to focus on revenu growth strategies with guest experience in mind, and with cost control in place. I tend to make decisions independently and smoothly and thereby resolve problems quickly. My enthusiasm is reflected in my actions when working in a dynamic environment where I can develop myself as well as contribute to the success of a team and the business.
