About Floris Nat

I’m an operations-focused professional working at the intersection of technology, business, and execution. Over the past 6 years in an AI-driven environment, I’ve worked across operations, product rollout, SEO, and compliance — with a consistent focus on improving processes, driving adoption, and helping teams scale effectively. What connects my experience is a strong interest in how things work in practice: How do you turn strategy into execution? How do you scale systems without creating chaos? How do you improve processes that people actually use? I’ve led initiatives such as ISO 27001 migration, supported product and license rollouts, and contributed to improving internal workflows and external visibility. I enjoy working across teams, identifying inefficiencies, and building structures that make organizations more effective. With a background in Biology and a Master’s in Science and Business Management, I bring both analytical thinking and a practical, business-oriented mindset. I’m currently looking for opportunities in Operations, Product Operations, or Growth Operations within scaling tech companies.
