About Flory Sarg

Flory Sarg is a passionate, dedicated and engaging individual. With over a decade of Applied Behavioral Analysis experience teaching children (and their families) on the autism spectrum to lead a functional life, Flory supervises over 30 active cases where she was responsible for program and curriculum development. As a passionate individual Flory co-founded Be A Butterfly, a nonprofit that focuses on addressing self-esteem, social issues and confidence building for young girls. These monthly workshops inspired Flory to start her business Art Time With Flory and provide multiple art programs for neurodivergent children. Unfortunately, there are minimal resources dedicated to teaching children on the spectrum through the arts and these programs give these children the ability to have fun and create beautiful art. Flory’s experience includes: program management, technician management, report writing, team leadership and development, employee motivation, effective communication and complex issue resolution as well as interpersonal and innovative skills development. Flory’s purpose is to dedicate herself to help others with compassion and integrity in any field or phase in her life. “Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example.
