I began my career as a courier for the Community Blood Centers of South Florida, and through strong leadership and dedication, I now oversee 14 locations with over 500 employees. With more than 20 years in professional roles, I’ve honed exceptional relationship-building skills with customers, team members, and vendors alike. My journey has shaped me into a results-driven leader with a goal-oriented mindset, recognized for my ability to solve complex problems and drive organizational development. Every day, my focus is on optimizing operational efficiency by assessing the strength and structure of existing processes, aiming to eliminate waste and maximize productivity. My work at OneBlood has allowed me to thrive in highly regulated environments, including: U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) CLIA Certified Labs College of American Pathologists (CAP) Standardized Labs Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB) Throughout my professional journey, I’ve remained grounded in my faith, trusting that God’s plan guides me. As I navigate my career, I reflect on Jeremiah 29:11:'For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.'
