As SVP at AnnieMac Home Mortgage, I help loan officers and branch managers- Increase production without burning out - Build strong, relationship-driven referral networks - Create systems that make success repeatable - Grow teams without losing culture or control I also co-developed SIMPL, a talent management platform designed to help producing managers scale without stepping away from production.
