As Head of Sales & Customer Success at 12Build, I’ve supported over subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors in strengthening their market position and improving their commercial and operational processes within the construction industry. Together with a dedicated Sales and Customer Success team (30+), I am responsible for driving the growth of 12Build and actively supporting the transition towards a Product-Led Growth (PLG) marketplace. My approach is pragmatic, results-driven, and based on a no-nonsense mentality. I constantly strive for greater impact, better outcomes, and increased efficiency. Our goal is to help even more customers, make them happy, and ensure they benefit from everything 12Build has to offer – whether that means gaining more insight, working more efficiently, or finding the right project partners. Mijn aanpak is pragmatisch, resultaatgericht en gebaseerd op een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Ik streef continu naar meer impact, betere resultaten en hogere efficiëntie.
