About Fons Blom

Fons is an enthusiastic consultant in the field of IT-audit with a passion for process optimization. With a risk-based approach, he is able to reveal weaknesses in the processes and advise the customer on appropriate solutions. His strength lies in his analytic ability to approach complex problems at the right level of abstraction and explain these in clear understanding at any level in the organization. Fons has a 30 years experience and a very broad knowledge and interest in the field of IT. His special interest in relation to IT-audit goes to outsourcing to the cloud, Agile/Scrum project management and DevOps environments. These are all relative new players in the audit field and challenging because of the rapidly changing technology and processes. With his mission to get the best out of processes and reduce the risks involved to an acceptable level, he knows how to inspire others to gain the appropriate level of awareness at their convenience. The key to his succes is communication and clarity. Fons keeps his stakeholders informed about the status and future challenges.
