About Fontaine Wright

I'm the founder of The Studio Cheltenham, a personal trainer and high performance coach. Alongside teaching strength and reformer classes in Cheltenham, I also work with athletes and sports teams. My mission is to create a space where people can train in a safe and inclusive environment, helping them reach their goals as well as finding enjoyment through movement. The Studio Cheltenham will bring together years of experience in high performance strength and conditioning training alongside my signature dynamic reformer pilates classes, providing new and innovative class concepts to those who want to find their next level. I want to combine my passion for wellbeing with experience in top level sport, to develop an enjoyable, holistic fitness experience that is underpinned by high performance. Alongside 15 years experience in professional sport and competing at the highest level, I have held coaching qualifications for just as many years and regularly update my knowledge with new courses to ensure I continue to develop my expertise and knowledge in specific areas. I am very proud to work with charities, Rackets Cubed and Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, as well as being an online coach for Deliciously Ella's app, Feel Better and worldwide fitness community, Club Five. I am always open to working with new organisations and brands that I resonate with and believe in. Some of my previous work, includes working with incredible brands such as Sweaty Betty, Lucozade, MyProtein, Elemis, Leap Academy and many more.
